Agriculture is the backbone of Zimbabwe’s economy, and Innscor Africa Limited’s “Empower Tomorrow” initiative is transforming the sector through innovation and sustainability. By addressing challenges such as resource scarcity and climate change, the program supports farmers in adopting practices that are both productive and environmentally friendly.
In 2024, Profeeds trained 230,000 small-scale farmers, helping them implement sustainable farming techniques that increased productivity while conserving resources. Additionally, investments in fertiliser production through Nutrimaster and irrigation systems ensured that farmers could adapt to changing environmental conditions.
These efforts are complemented by partnerships with dairy and poultry farmers, creating integrated supply chains that benefit both producers and the company. By focusing on sustainability and innovation, “Empower Tomorrow” is not only enhancing agricultural productivity but also ensuring that farming remains a viable livelihood for future generations.
