Innscor Africa Limited, through its Empower Tomorrow initiative, has proudly sponsored the development of state of the art laboratory infrastructure at the United States Achievers Program (USAP) Community School. This marks as a vital step in strengthening access to world-class education for Zimbabwean students from humble backgrounds.
USAP, an independent institution founded by Rebecca Zeigler Mano, has spent over two decades empowering high-achieving students to gain admission to top global universities. Its mission goes beyond academics; the program cultivates ethical leadership and a strong sense of social responsibility, encouraging students to use their education to uplift their communities and build a better Zimbabwe.

With a total contribution of nearly USD 1 million towards USAP’s development projects, Innscor’s support represents a deep investment in the future of the nation. While Innscor does not own or manage USAP, this partnership exemplifies the power of collaboration in creating lasting impact.
By funding critical infrastructure like science laboratories, Innscor is helping ensure that students not only dream big but are equipped with the tools to turn those dreams into action. This investment is already sparking a ripple effect, as empowered students go on to inspire, lead and contribute meaningfully to society.
At Empower Tomorrow, we believe that education is the cornerstone of sustainable development. Our partnership with USAP is a testament to our shared vision: a Zimbabwe where every gifted young mind, regardless of background, has the opportunity to learn, lead, and leave a legacy.
